Taaleri Real Estate completes a successful exit from Lauttasaari ground rent portfolio
Taaleri Tonttirahasto Ky, a fund managed by Taaleri Real Estate, has sold a ground rent portfolio located in the Vattuniemi neighbourhood in Lauttasaari, Helsinki to Bonava Finland Ltd and Suomen Asunnot and Tontit I Ky. The transaction was valued at EUR 6.5 million.
The transaction aligns with the fund’s strategy to divest assets in a structured manner while maximising value for investors. This particular plot is a standout asset, offering a fully developable site in a prime location. Acquired in 2016, the property has benefited from significant development in the surrounding area, driving a substantial increase in its value compared to the original purchase price.
Taaleri Real Estate continues to play an active role in the real estate investment market. The business aims to grow asset value and leverage market opportunities to optimise strategies for funds at different stages of their lifecycle.
